Wakatobi, Indonesia.
Wakatobi in Indonesia is the perfect site for a dive holiday. With an extensive house reef at 10 metres, you can dive all week in the shallows and always see something new. For Tec divers, they are fully equipped for Nitrox, Tri-mix and Rebreathers with depths of 70 metres+ over the edge of the reef. Accommodation can be on their luxury yacht, Pelagian, or in one of the luxurious beach houses.
They are perfectly set up for recreational and technical divers and local dive guides are available should you wish.

Fluo-Diving in Wakatobi
Fluorescence, (not to be confused with phosphorescence, or bio-luminescence) is the absorption of one wavelength of light (or colour) and the re-emission of another, totally different wavelength of light (or colour). A fluorescent object under white light reveals its true colour. But under near UV light, it absorbs the blue and re-emits a fluorescent colour, transforming the blue into a brightly glowing, totally different colour.
Wakatobi was the site of some pioneering work in understanding how marine life communicate underwater using fluoresence and was the location for filming of some award winning National Geographic footage. You too can dive these pristine reefs and experience the phenomenon for yourself, taking unbelievable pictures with the specialist equipment available on site!

Dive Africa
We've teamed up with a team of experienced English explorers who've lived and breathed in the African waters for over 10 years. They have set up their own dive sites, personally visiting the centres on their safaris so we know their standards are high. These guys will act as your guides, diving with sharks, the infamous sardine runs and much more. Best of all, we can combine your dive trip with a bush safari, so you can off gas before your flight home. Plan the trip you want, combine diving with some land based time and explore this incredibly diverse continent like never before. We can also plan a specialist underwater photography trip with these guys; the possibilities really are endless.
